Information about Student Device Procedures

All Middle school students are required to take their device home and bring it back to school fully charged daily.

If you have a broken device, you must submit a ticket through the BCPS Technology Support website. Please make sure to save the ticket number that you receive.

Once you have at ticket number, please sign up with the school using this Signup Genius link in order to swap out the device for a new one. Make sure to include your ticket number in your signup.

If you have a working OR broken Windows HP Device, please use this Signup-Genius link to schedule an appointment to swap it out for a new Chromebook. No ticket number is required.
 
If you have lost your charger, replacement chargers can be purchased through the school for $40.00. Please submit a ticket on the BCPS Website and wait for the school to contact you to pick it up.
