School-Based Health Center: Flu Vaccinations
It’s that time of year! Influenza (flu) season is around the corner, and you can help protect your child by getting them vaccinated.
Did you know that your child’s school has a school-based health center? We provide services on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Your child can get their vaccine at school at no cost to you! You do not need to have insurance to use our services and we do not charge for visits or vaccines. If you have insurance, your insurance may be billed.
If you are interested, please complete the online consent form here: https://baltimorecountymd.jotform.com/252364663271054.
